O Emmy Awards 2026 teve seus indicados anunciados finalmente nesta quarta-feira (8). Em uma live da Television Academy, os atores Liza Colón-Zayas (The Bear) e Jeff Hiller (Alguém em Algum Lugar) anunciaram os finalistas desse ano.
“Hacks” estabeleceu o recorde de maior número de indicações em um único ano na categoria de comédia, com 24 indicações. O recorde anterior era de 23 indicações, alcançado por “The Studio”, em 2025, e “O Urso”, em 2024.
“The Pitt” lidera a categoria de drama com 25 indicações. Na sequência aparecem “Widow’s Bay” (19 indicações) e a ficção científica “Pluribus” (18), enquanto “Beef” consolida sua força nas categorias de série limitada ao alcançar 16 indicações.
Artistas consagrados e novos talentos
Entre os indicados do Emmy 2026 estão artistas consagrados como Steve Carell (Rooster), Jamie Lee Curtis (O Urso), Harrison Ford (Shrinking), Lisa Kudrow (The Comeback), Gary Oldman (Slow Horses) e Michelle Pfeiffer (Margo’s Got Money Troubles).
Também foram reconhecidos novos talentos e atuações de destaque, incluindo Taylor Dearden (The Pitt), Chase Infiniti (The Testaments), Sarah Pidgeon (Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette) e Connor Storrie (Saturday Night Live).
“Os indicados deste ano representam a extraordinária criatividade e talento artístico que tornam a televisão uma forma de entretenimento tão dinâmica”, afirmou Cris Abrego, presidente da Television Academy.
